Pick-Up Information

  • Policy #1

    All orders must be picked up at our location on the date selected, during our operating hours. If unable to pick up, they should call the store to discuss options.

  • Policy #2

    Orders not picked up on their scheduled date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will not be made.

  • Policy #3

    All cancellation requests must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled pick up.

It is the sole discretion of Wellington Cakes to grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds depending on the circumstances.
